What a beautiful cookbook!! I love that this book features the seasons, with the freshest ingredient at their peak. I made the Napa valley pizza with caramelized onions and new potatoes!!! yum!!! There are so many more recipes I will be trying!!!!

Seasons in the Wine Country is a beautifully executed tribute to the food and wine culture of the the Napa Valley written by a veteran. The organization of content flows organically and the prose is elegant, taking one on a journey of the area. The photos are mouth watering. But most of all the recipes are clear and simple enough to attempt without undo planning. Bravo this is a winner!
