The inspiring quotes, practical Bible verses, and stories challenge females to lead successful God-fearing lives. Written in an easy to digest format, you will thirst for page after page, as you make your second cup of tea. By reading Season of a Woman's Heart, a woman experienes the refreshment for the soul that only God can bring.

Seasons of A Woman's Heart is a timely treasure in my reading. I love the warm variety of stories and devotional thoughts. Sometimes I read a page while I am waiting to "get on line". Lynn Morrissey has put together an uplifting and meaningful collection. It is indeed a blessing. It would make a lovely gift for a friend. My only suggestion is that some of the quotes at the top of each page be a little more complete in thought.

I love the variety of experiences that I am finding in this book. Just reading them encourages me to know that I am not the only one living through them and that God is with me through all of them.

This is a lovely book with many heartwarming stories as well as humorous tales. It is such a pretty book that looks beautiful on a coffee table. I like to sit with a cup of coffee and some chocolate on a quiet afternoon and savor the experiences of the different writers as they share their souls. This is the kind of book that you would want to give your mom, sister or friend for their birthday. It's a book that tells the recipient that they are special and they are worth lavishing. Good job, Lynn, when is your next book coming out?

This book has nearly 300 essays on a variety of topics. It is the kind of book that you can pick up and no matter what your need at the time - encouragement, hope, courage, strength, inner peace, understanding, etc. - your need will be met. The essays are well written and supported with Scripture as well as other quotations. I treasure my copy and will be giving many copies to friends and relatives because I know it is a gift "that will keep on giving."

Lynn has managed to gather the cream of the writing crop in this beautiful book. How wonderful when the "insides" meet up to the gorgeous "outsides" of a book's promising cover. This is the perfect book to give to a friend for any special (or ordinary) occassion. May God Bless you, Lynn Morrisey, as you continue to write, and gather the writing "gold" for more books!
