The seat on the 213, with prolonged use, is ultimately uncomfortable. Anyone who's seen a decent bicycle seat should know the seat on the 213 will constrict the flow of blood to your legs. There's a large artery in your rear-end that gets compressed. The seat should have been designed with this in mind (Schwinn certainly knew). At the very least, there should be an accessory marketed with the bike that solves the problem.
I have the Schwinn 112 Upright. The seat that came with it has a horn. It was uncomfortable in the groin area, if you know what I mean. I replaced it with the Schwinn No Pressure Bicycle Seat, which was better, more comfortable. The seat has become even more comfortable since I've lost 30 pounds in the past 6 months (I'm currently down to 160 lbs, going to 155): Schwinn No Pressure Bicycle Seat
