They send Navy Blue chairs when I ordered white. I never opened boxes so cannot tell you what they are like. I refused the shipment immediately and asked for either a credit refund or for them to send the correct chairs. This was just yesterday and I have sent a follow up e-mail since I have not heard from them yet. I hope I do not have problems with this transaction. I didn't hear from them because they were away at a wedding but once I did hear, they immediately sent out the correct chair even though they had not yet received the returned ones. 7/21/11: JUST RECEIVED THE CORRECT CHAIRS. They are wonderful. I love them. There is a note with them though that says they "can" rust so shouldn't be left out all the time and, the ultraviolet light can affect the color so know this before buying. No problem for me to just take two in at night. They are super light and the white is bright white and looks great on my new pure white trex front porch with white umbrella and a white house. whoopie. I just received mail from uniquefurniture and they volunteered I should use car wax on the chair to protect it so there is the answer.

The chair was well built although a little on light side. The chair is very comfortable with reasonable support but the way the center of gravity is positioned and the frame is curved before it touches the ground, the chair has a tendency to fall backwards if the person leans back too much. In a marine situation, if someone was relaxing with most of the weight on the back and there is a swell or a wave to rock the boat, it is very possible for the chair to fall back.

These chairs are classy and comfortable. When not in use they're easily folded and stored on the boat I bought them for. I wish I had room on the aft deck for two more. The customer service provided by the manufacturer was above and beyond - a mix up in delivery was quickly resolved, with the owner calling me to take care of the problem. Great chair - great company!
