The photographer clearly has an eye for beauty. He locates it in obscure and ambiguous locations; places where the ordinary eye may not wander. The color contrasts are stunningly clean and the photos easy to digest. Seattle is home to such talented artists. The author displays respect and admiration in this published homage to Seattle's Street Artists by unveiling works fortuitously captured in time for all to see.

Works of freedom and plays on light are displayed throughout. The gray-scale of the city,
and the blue sky, frame the colorful walls in these photos. Artists blend in recycled pieces like newspaper to
surprise the eye. Although Seattle's Street Art scene is not well known, this book lays out the
amazing things that are happening there. It contains some of the best OBEY work from Shepard Fairey I've
seen. I like to look through it when I need spaciousness and inspiration.
