My first pair (perhaps not the mark II) are still going strong after 7 years of pretty consistent wear. I just bought 2 more pairs but can't bring myself to throw the 7 year old ones out until they completely break. I have had them soaked in salt water, river water and even worn them for gardening and they have cleaned up time and again and remain intact - the new ones seem pretty close to the quality of the original.

Relatively speaking, this shoe is not comfortable. They did not have that cushion I was looking for. Secondly, I feel the leather inside with my socks on. Thirdly, when I walk they come lose at the back. I am 11 M and these felt 11.5 M.

Sebago boat shoes have been the most comfortable and durable of the many boat shoes I've worn (and worn out).

Beall's delivered in a timely fashion with no surprises. I'd recommend them highly!

I've been buying this style Sebago shoe for over 15 years and they wear great on the boat, are very comfortable right out of the box. As I get a few years of wear on a pair of shoes, they become work shoes and get a little harder treatment which is the only reason I have to replace them. Amazon gave me the best deal ever on the last two pair that I purchased, Thanks!

Nice, nice, nice, I can't say enough about these shoes. Way more comfortable than tennis shoes, and great looking too. Everyone keeps asking me about my shoes because they want a pair too! I got mine for $49.00 here at Amazon.

I bought a pair off the Sebago Clovehitch II shoes about 4 years ago and loved them. I completely wore them out and they are now my yard shoes. I looked all over for another pair, but since I couldn't remember the name I didn't have much luck. Recently I located the Clovehitch II on Amazon and was amazed to see they were the ones I was looking for. I couldn't purchase them fast enough.

I was very dissappointed in my purchase. I ordered the 12EE, which should have meant "extra wide", but they are far from being extra wide, and longer than a normal 12. I could barely get my foot in them without a sock, but there was a good inch or more room in the toe. I have since ordered the 11 1/2 6E, and hopefully they will fit. If that's the case, I might change my review.

This will be my third pair of these shoes. They are so comfortable you hardly know you have them on.

Got these shoes a few days ago. These look great in the picture and in real life. At Amazon they are also a very good price - check around. Wanted to wear them before I go on a cruise so I wore them to work today. How comfortable they are from the very beginning. I've had them on 14 hours straight now and it feels like there is no break-in. Feel true to length and width (size 15), Highly recommend.

This was my first pair of Sebago Boat shoes, but they have been great. I have had them for 6 months and they are even more comfortable than they were when I first bought them. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. They show no signs of wear or tear after daily use for 6 months. I purchased these shoes at a very affordable price and will be purchasing another of these in a different style.
