Molding Mud Review,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I've been a long time user of Sebastian's Twisted Taffy and tried this as a substitute for Taffy. From this perspective I was disappointed. Mud lacked the hold and long-lasting effects of taffy. I found that the hold would expiry mid-day, leaving behind a residue which looked flaky and dry--quite unlike Taffy which would give that all-day wet look.
Please Sebastian, bring back Twisted Taffy!

Really works!,

So glad I found this on Amazon - This is about the only product that really works on my hair. It is fine limp and breaks at the ends. This product gives my hair volume in a way that no others haven been able to And I also feel it greatly protects my ends and makes them smooth. All this and WTHOUT the greasiness, stiffness or limpness that other products give me. Use only the tiniest amount!

Nothing like it,

I have been using this product for some time and finally ordered from Amazon because I have been having trouble finding it in the store. I use the Molding Mud after I dry my hair just to keep a loose hold and tame fly-aways. It isn't sticky or greasy like some gels. And it leaves a natural look but with enough control to look like I actually put some product in my hair. My only complaint is that some jars of this I have found to not emulsify completely, leaving a few bits of product in my hair. This seems to be dependent on the individual container and does not happen each time. Still, the bits of product happen to other people with other products. It isn't enough of a drawback to prevent me from using this. I have tried other products and still prefer this to everything else.
