I have used potion 9 for years and could not live witout it!! A small amount after washing and conditioning my hair has kept it smooth, tangle free, and in great shape! I leave it in ,comb it through and when it drys there is no chalky residue! My hair is down to the middle of my back and takes a beating whenever I get the urge to color it....Potion 9 restores all the moisure back to my hair!

I have curly hair and have used this product for years. It is not too heavy and keeps my curls from being frizzy. I love it and hope it's never discontinued.

I bought this product for my wife. I have been applying it to her hair every morning and I have immediately begun to notice the effect. Her hair is definitely more manageable and feels very nice to the touch after a week of using the product. I would recommend this product to everyone. It is more expensive than usual products but well worth the price.

This is completely worth the price. I've been using it for about 5 years, and I have never found anything better.

PROS:
+Keeps curls managable and looking good--they stay intact like you used gel, but they're not crispy/crunchy or oddly shiny or wet looking; your curls look and feel soft and natural (and they're not weighed down).
+Reduces tangles--while using this, I only wash (and comb) my hair once a week.
+Doesn't require much to be effective, so the bottle lasts a while.
+Smells very nice.

CONS:
+Just the price; it seems like a lot when you compare it to $4 products that claim to do the same thing--but this actually does it.

I just can't say enough good things about this product.

This is a "leave in" conditioner that makes hair manageble and helps hair keep its shape after drying. I have a basic adult male haircut; I use this product every day. "Just a little dab will do it."

Over the years I have tried many products for my wavy hair, but this is the only one I use now. Weather I go with the curl or blow my hair straight, this product styles with body, takes out the frizz and is not greasy, heavy or sticky. I love this product.

i have long curly blonde hair and spend a lot of time in the sun, in the pool and in the ocean with my son. i have been trying all kinds of products to keep my hair from drying out, but then i remembered potion 9 - which i had used years ago, but had forgotten about - it just can't be beat - not only does it protect your hair (i put it on before i go to the pool, beach, play tennis, etc.), but it also makes it look great afterward, when reapplied after you get out of the water - it's a pretty good value when compared to brands like phylo or fekkai that give you tiny amounts of product for a much higher price. well worth the money, especially if you have dry curly hair.

This product has saved my hair and given it extra moisture. I have wavy, frizzy hair and I was constantly using mouse and hair spray to make it extra curly or wear it naturally. Now I now longer have to use those products that dried out my hair. I usually wet my hair in the morning, use two pumps of Potion #9, and let it hair dry or blow dry it. It looks great all day.

I've been looking for a after shampoo hair care product for a while since my routine brand had been discontinued.
Sabastian was not only everything I was searching for but it totally exceeded the product that I was useing for years.
I recommended this highly and I will be reordering it very soon !

The one that I received it wasn't the one that I bought, I was expecting the American product, but this was Made in Mexico.
