It's unfortunate that Sebastian promotes this product as "body building" because I typically will not dare to put such products on my thick, frizzy/curly hair. I was desparate one day and used a product sample that was given to me as a Christmas gift from my stylist. I was amazed at how great my hair looked!!! The frizz was under control and the curls had bounce but stayed in their cork-screw shape. And my hair wasn't stiff or sticky or oily like it is with other products intended for frizzy hair. I get so many compliments on how pretty my hair is now. I've gone from feeling cursed by my hair to feeling like it's one of my most attractive features. I always use Sebastian's Potion 9 after getting out of the shower, then put the Texturizer on top of that while my hair is still damp. Unfortunately, I think Sebastian is discontinuing the product - probably again because they didn't realize they should be promoting it differently so that other people with strong-willed frizzy hair will use it and love it as much as I do. I've been trying to find a replacement for it and although other products make grand claims about being good for my hairtype, none come close. It makes a noticable difference to others, not just to myself. I always get compliments - only when I've used this product. I hope Sebastian will consider remarketing it and clue me in to it's new name. :)

This is absolutely one of the best products I've ever used on my hair.
It smooths fly aways, gives volume and shape without feeling sticky, or looking greasy or weighing hair down. It's the best!! please don't change a thing!

Have used this product for years. Even though it is getting harder and harder to find....I find it. Tried many others but this product give my fine hair the texture to be full and managable without looking like my hair has been "do'd".

It used to be easy to find this Texturizer in high end salons but that has changed. I'm not sure why but I decided to search online and ordered it there. I have been using it for years and have yet to find a Texturizer that comes close. I especially like it because it's not a wax or heavy on your hair. I think it is well worth the cost even if you have to pay shipping.

I love this product - I have tried many and this is the only product that makes my hair manageable and it looks fuller (volume) ...and believe me my hair is fine and unmanageable - it is the best product around.....you should at least try it because if you do you will be hooked. I would not know what to do if they ever discontinued it.....it is great!!

I have been using this for a very long time. It's very hard to find in the store. This product is great simply because it's not as hard like gel and I use it primarily to smoothen the look on my hair. I love this and thank you Amazon!!

I have used this product for many years - and have tried many other styling gels and sprays. By far, this is the best. I have fine hair and it doesn't weigh it down, holds and texturizes. Since Sebastian has changed it's packaging and some products, I don't believe it is available in salons and I had to order it online from Amazon.com. If it has been discontinued, I will have to stock up. SR

The old formula, in the white bottle, is just plain awesome. I have very curly (4a/3C)hair and it makes it look perfect year round. I used this for years until I counldn't find it so I spent alot of $$$ trying other stuff. I found some good products but nothing could compare with how my hair looked and felt with this and I never used a leave-in conditioner under it. I bought the new formula, in the black bottle, thinking it was the same....NOT! It gave me hard, cruchy, stringy looking hair...it was still shiney in spite of this though:-) Fortunately, I've been able to find the old formula online so I will stock up.
