In this useful and inspirational book, Mary Beth Sammons shows us how. She tells the stories of people who have successfully re-invented their lives in middle age and gives tips/questions so the rest of us can follow suit. Her writing is sharp, insightful and funny, and the book is a must-read for anyone looking to make a shift to meaning in their life.
