This review is from: Second Grade Brain Teasers (Paperback)
This is a very thin book of not very challenging puzzles. There is a good variety of activities here, but few of them are what I would call "puzzles". There is matching, counting, tracing simple paths, alphabetizing, drawing, filling in missing words of familiar rhymes, finding the next number in a very easy sequence, ABC dot-to-dot and number dot-to-dot, and more. A lot of the activities are pre-school level, and the rest are about the level of a bright 1st grader. And the graphics are pre-school style -- simplistic, large-scale. In short, good for a bright pre-schooler, but worth about half its price.
