It's a Friday evening in Sacramento, CA. I had a long, hard day at the office, traffic was grueling. I walk into my home, kick off my shoes, pour some Chardonay, put on "Second Guess" and guess what? I am alright.

This C.D. from start to finish is absolutely essential and fabulous. I have heard the works of Reel People on several House music compilations and have always wondered if I would luck up on a full length CD. Well, after searching, I found it, and I am so glad that I did.

Both CDs can be played without the need for skipping tracks. It is one constant head bobbing groove after another. If anything, I found myself hitting "repeat" on several of the tracks.

I absolutely wish that this UK group made a stateside appearance. It is soul music at its absolute finest.

If you are looking for soul, nu-jazz, house and great vocals, you should have this album!!! Reel people are genious at what they do and once you hear their music you'll never be able to let go!!!

I would recommend getting this CD....it's refreshing to hear something that's not a remake....very original. Upbeat, lots of soul!!

This album is labeled under "electronic" music but that is very deceiving. An outstanding mix of jazz, r & b, and pop, you just can't stop listening. The bonus CD is filled with remixes and although I've never heard of these guys before this, I'm searching for more of their stuff. It's just plain good, and I that's it... I highly recommend this!
