As a physician I've seen lots of people die young, but I've also seen people live to over 100 years, and it's getting far more common in recent years. The human body was designed to last easily 100 years and more, but too many of us seem to do everything in our power to shorten that time. In most cases the difference in short and long lives is a matter of lifestyle, and those differences are not that great. This book tells you what simple changes in lifestyle will get you long, healthy life. I'm not talking about added years in a wheel chair, but joyful active years. This book helps you to reach your longest possible life potential, healthy, active, and fun years.
