My 4 year old loves the Highlights magazine especially the Hidden Pictures but this book does not have the pictures of the objects to look for. One must be able to read to enjoy this book.

My kids and I love hidden pictures. These are great for kids who can read but not for younger ones. Each picture has only a listing of the hidden items and not a picture of them. This is bad because little ones cannot find the items on their own and even older ones cannot find items they have never heard of or seen.

This series of books, "Hidden Pictures" is absolutely wonderful for the first-third grade age range. My son can sit with these books for hours, and loves finding even the most difficult of pictures.

This is an awesome collection of pages filled with hidden pictures that lots of kids could get together and intuitively look for things hidden and focus their patient skills. Even the adults could get involved and have a fun time with the kids in doing these activities together. Would recommend to other parents looking for ways to make kids actively involved in doing things besides watching TV and playing video games. :)

I love this book! I'm a grandmother and looking for the objects is one way to spend time with the grandkids, competing to find the objects. Secretly, I do it without them too.

These hidden pictures will be fun for ages 7-12 or so - probably not for the little people who don't read well, unless they have some help. Hidden Pictures reminds me of an old, old "Camoflage" tv program back in the '50's. It was my favorite next to Gunsmoke!

I purchased all the books thinking it would be a good visual and brain stimulator for my husband, who had a stroke and has to learn everything all over again. He can not read yet so the books I ordered did not help at all. I ended up giving them to my next door neighbor who's sons know how to read. I wish there was someway to tell before you order the books, if they only have words or if pictures are used.
