This is a really good blues and jazz CD. The blues covers are great and the original song "Jazz Thing" is my favorite. It's the one I first heard on the radio that sparked my interest in this CD. I've looked for other Ben James stuff but I guess this is his only record.

This is a wonderful blues album with great instrumentals and vocals. Ben James is an artist to watch and I hope we hear more from him soon. Starting with "Caledonia" he got me hooked with his lively and original interpretation of this song. Following are performances sometimes touching, sometimes rollicking, always entertaining.
