This review is from: The Second Person (Paperback)
Zoo Press, which was distributed by University of Nebraska Press, went bankrupt before they ever printed this book. Unfortunately, because they got a Library of Congress number for this and had an image for the cover, it continues to "exist" in databases. but the book was never published. Four Way Books later accepted the book and published it in 2007.
