This great little book is Dr. Turchin's approach to taking great care of yourself. It's simple, well-researched, intelligent, and natural. His advice is easy to understand and implement. It's a book I will revisit often as I try to remember that mind and body truly go together.

As a public health educator for over 20 years and CEO of a Health Promotion and Safety Management Consulting Firm, I believe Dr. Turchins" book is and easy-to-follow guide for both individuals and organizations to increase essential knowledge and skillsets for improving the quality and productivity of their lives at work and during play. In fact, the book has myriad techniques for accoplishing this goal, which I began practicing with suprisingly sucessfull outcomes in terms of energy and ability to focus on short and long range planning. Furthermore, I recommend this wonderfull work as an educational tool to help facilitate the understanding of just how your body works and to better interact with an increasingly time compressed society or world for that matter.

I think his book expresses things in a very positive way. I have really learned some new things about my body that I did not know before. I really recommend that you read this book because you may also learn some really great ways to improve your body especially if you are feeling a little down about the New Year coming and your body is not feeling so ready for the new Millenium.
