A book on ballet center work that is easy to understand.,
By A Customer
This review is from: Second Steps in Ballet (Paperback)
Center work, in ballet, can always get a bit messy when practicing alone without a teacher to guide you. The instructions, along with the illustrations, are very understandable. The steps are simple, though, so an advanced student would use this book to strength weak points, rather than learn new steps. A great tool for anyone wanting to know a little about ballet.

Ballet at it's best continued!,

Once again Thalia Mara lives up to high standards. This book is very informative. When reading the book she doesn't just leap into the work, but gives a small introduction to teach you about what you are actually doing. Then when the actually work comes, she is very descriptive and detailed. This is a good book for ballet students of all ages and levels in ballet.
