This album is a "Must Have" for Jan & Dean fans! Jan brings back 4 classic Jan & Dean hits, in newly recorded and extended versions. They sound great! Jan also remakes the classic hit "Get A Job" by the Silhouttes, which was always one of his favorites, and gives us several great new songs as well. Jan sings lead on all the songs, and he also produced the album, and wrote much of the material on the album. This CD shows that Jan has come a very long way since his 1966 car crash which left him partially paralyzed and suffering severe brain damage. I can tell that he worked very hard on this CD, and I was not dissapointed. One additional note. The CD contains some "rap" segments featuring a guest rapper. I actually thought it was kinda cool, because it gave a 90's touch to the 60's sound. But, if you don't like rap music, don't worry! The rapping is only in a couple of the songs. It does prove Jan's willingness to continue trying new things! I really hope you will buy this CD!

Jan Berry is true to form in this fabulous 90's cd version of the J&D records of the 60's. If you enjoyed listening to that feel-good sound of J&D, you'll definitely enjoy listening to this cd.
