I found the secret codes of marriage to be extremely powerful and inspiring. Candace shares insights to relationships, love, romance and marriage with passion and common sense. This creative book of affirmations is filled with reminders and agreements for single and married individuals interested in sharing the art of love.

This book really inspired me. I think is is perfect for newlyweds and engaged couples. We can never get to much information on how to have a loving and lasting marriage. The contents advises us how important our roles are as husbands and wives. I would recommend this book to my family and friends.

I really liked The Do's Romance Codes. My favorite one is: Always create the ambiance and atmosphere for love. This is very important. And always treat your marriage like it's a love affair. The do's finance codes is very important for newlyweds. Always do finances together two heads are better than one. I could go on and on. But you get the idea. This book is great. Buy it. I can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

Who would have thought this simple book of "snippets" could be so powerful - and challenging! The Author shows insight to married life with humor and common sense. These thoughtful verses encourage the reader to apply the codes where wanting and foster where practiced. A great guide for all walks of life - single or married!

I feel that this book is a timely reference manual for those who really believe that we can always improve OURSELVES. Candace makes her point in a casual, direct yet unassuming foremat. The content in this book is a veritable manual of LIFE for the meek sojourner in love-- here can be found the proverbial ICING ON THE CAKE, that ounce of prevention that offers a simple, viable solution to the mystery of relating--to each other. Candace has compiled a world-class OPERATORS MANUAL & training guide for those who are candid with their feelings, yet on the ALERT for subtle shades of meaning in vast milieu of UNSPOKEN feelings and emotions! (hence, secret). This "landmark" is too often passed by in our effort to FEEL as opposed to BEING... TLF

This little book is full of the common sense that everyone knows but hardly ever think to put into practice. The codes here help us appreciate the day to day niceties that make each partner in a relationship happy and that endear us to each other. After being married for almost 26 years, I can attest to the veracity of each code. The information contained in this book can serve as a guide to all those currently involved in relationships or looking to begin a relationship. It will help to avoid potential pitfalls and hurt feelings due to misunderstandings between the sexes. As we all know by now, men and women are different, and as such see things in a different way. Just reading the gems set down here can allow men and women an opportunity to get a feel for how the other might respond in different situations without having to actually experience it. Take time to peruse this book. Your relationship and/or marriage will be all the better for it!

The secret codes were really acts or behavior that were stated clearly and concisely without being hidden behind 3,000 words of clever window dressing that you had to wallow though to get to the meat.

The codes were like prables, they conveyed a positve message directing you how to act and telling you things you need to know and do painlessly. Some of the advice was straight forward common sense, but then not everyone is as sensible as me. Most people will likely need to read every word not neccesarily to experience a revalation but rather to enjoy and affirm that they are a good spouse and posibly in that self congratulatory cloud they might also learn a new secret, an act of joy or kindness that will reaffirm their vows and lives.

Not everyone has had the joy of having as many successful marriages as me, so to those that wish to avoid that pleasure, a little guidance could be worth a bride or two.

This book is a "Jewel!" This is a romantic way to enhance the many stages of the marriage relationship. It has straight forword, fun loving, back to basic elements for the real marriage in todays world. What a perfect gift for that bridel shower, wedding, or anniversary. This book is definitely a consideration for every spouse, or future spouse. It may be the pefect way to say to your significant other, what you have never been able to say in words. The passion of the author is reflected though the dovotion of this book to her dear loved one. This book has great sentimental value. It's a must. Two thumbs up.

This is a delightful collection of common sense things that we know we should be doing but often forget, particularly if we have been married for a few years.

Read this and you will become excited all over again. The author's passion and belief come through loud and strong and you get the sense this is how she lives. It is a very easy read, something you can keep on your night stand for those short reading sessions during the work week.

If you have been looking for something special to get your significant other (you don't have to be married to benefit from this), you can't go wrong here.

Even though parts of the book contain information that is logical (never go to bed angry, etc...) There were quite a few 'gems' that are worth remembering. It's a nice light-hearted look at the dynamics of relationships, worthy of a place on your bookshelf.
