Kitty Gill loves children and has always wanted to bring children closer to their hearts. She believes this is possible through music, which is why she has created Pixie Sage, a magical character that enters into childrens dreams and helps them solve their problems. Secret Door, a collection of songs sung by Kitty, Pixie Sage, and her daughter, Adina, are for children ages 9 months-8 years. Kitty has been writing songs professionally for 20 years.
Her songs have appeared on The Olsen Twins CD, Brother for Sale which hit the Billboards Heatseekers Album Chart in 1992, and again on their second CD, I Am the Cute One. Her compositions are also featured on Early Ears, a CD compilation for children ages 0-6 from BMGKidz. And Kitty has written songs for Mondo Book Publishing, a childrens educational publishing company. From a young age, Kitty has received awards for her songwriting.

Secret Door is a collection of songs for children ages 9 months to 8 years, written and performed by Kitty Gill. Some other performers include her daughter, Adina, and Pixie Sage, a character created by Kitty who embodies "the mind, heart, and soul of a child."
The CD is a magical musical arrangement for children and adults alike, featuring songs that address experiences that children often dont have words for, such as anger, fear, sleeplessness and love. In between the songs, there are short skits and conversations between Kitty and Pixie Sage. Jane Margolies of Offspring Magazine called it, "a rousing collection of songs by Kitty Gill that kids will want to listen to over and over (and their parents won't mind)."
Secret Door is now being played on WPKN.FM 89.5 in Bridgeport Conn. on the first, third and fifth Saturday of each month, from 6 to 8:45AM. She is appearing live on Dave Zinovenkos show "The Carousel." on April 29th , and May 6th, with future air dates to come. In the works is a book about the adventures of Pixie Sage, as well as a Pixie Sage doll.
