A fascinating and different look at enneagroms based on PROCESS, which Vollmar claims (as a 4th way practitioner) is the way Gurdjieff presented them (as opposed to Ichazo, Naranjo, et al.). Useful and functional tool for getting unstuck, and points out the importance of outside "shocks" (or prods, or inspiration, etc.) to get one past the "stuck" points. So much better than the Palmer&friends materials.
