The focus of this game is the 1908 Russian meteorite which had a impact comparable to a atomic weapon, decades before such weapons existed on Earth. You play as the concerned daughter of a scientist investigating the mystery. When your father goes missing (apparently kidnapped) it becomes your duty to locate him and and uncover the conspiracy behind the Tunguska event. I don't want to ruin the plot, but suffice to say there are plenty of twists.

The gameplay is a little stiff, as this is a point and click mystery title, where
the player has to gather objects and tools to decipher various puzzles. The story is very engaging, and the control system works very well. Sometimes it's hard to figure out the puzzles, but a little persistence is your best friend.

In short, Tunguska is not for everyone. If you enjoy puzzle/mysteries, though, you could do a lot worse. It's a solid title, well worth the price. If you prefer action over reading and decoding secret messages, this isn't for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Mystery Game Yet, September 18, 2010

This game keeps you on your toes. The goal is to solve the mystery of the woman's missing dad. This game is filled with different places to investigate, multiple characters to talk with/interrogate, and lots of items to pick up. Some items can be put together to make a new item. I am not going to lie...this game is pretty difficult at times. I found myself Googling a walkthrough when I became stuck. This game is engaging even for those who may not be into this type of mystery. Can't wait til the 2nd one becomes cheaper!!!

This is one of my favorite wii games. The storyline is very interesting and the game itself is very challenging so it kept me hooked all the way through. The controls are nice too.

I've had this game now for about a week and though I have only played it a few times I like it. It took me awhile to figure some of the things out in the beginning, and i ended up using a walkthrough for some of the things that where not obvious.

2.0 out of 5 stars Big disappointment, December 3, 2010

When I first started playing this game I thought it was one of the worst games I have ever played. As I progressed through the game my opinion only marginally improved. I enjoy adventure games but the logic behind some of the puzzles in this game made no sense what so ever. The extreme frustration overshadowed any enjoyment experienced playing this game. I finally resorted to an online walkthrough just to finish the game. If you have the patience and ability to finish this game without any help, my hat's off to you! Save your money and avoid disappointment.

4.0 out of 5 stars Better Than Ok., September 18, 2011

The game is better than ok. Ton's of puzzles which alot of them just dont make any sense. If you dont get online help (I havn't yet), it may get fustrating at times and consume you. The voices in the game have no life to them. It sounds like they are reading a script with no energy or charisma. Graphics are ok and the game is fun. Somehow, my son and I manage to play it everyday none the less. It is worth a try.

OK game with weak unbelievable story and somewhat interesting characters. Puzzles are fairly logical and not too frustrating.
