I can heal others nearby and far-away,
By SW Florida Realtor "www.LiveByTheGulf.com" (Port Charlotte, FL United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Secret of Instant Healing (Paperback)
I purchased this book in August 2009 after a recommendation from a fellow healer. He has spent thousands of dollars on learning new techniques, so I really valued his suggestion to buy the book. I researched before buying - even though the cost was reasonable. I finally found a discussion group on quantum touch website who had been playing with QE for a month and were really excited about QE. I bought the book and was really wowed by what I would be able to learn. When my husband's back hurt so bad, he could hardly get into bed, I initiated a QE session and it went away almost instantly. When I tried some of the mp3 exercises on Frank's site, I experienced pure bliss. I could do the exercise & my blood pressure went down from 146 to 119 within half-hour.
Our QE discussion group moved over to the author's QuantumEntrainment website. When a member called out at midnight that her husband was in pain and every weekend was like this, I initiated a QE session not expecting anything to happen. She wrote back saying that he was watching TV. The following morning, she said he'd slept all night. I'm on my fourth read of the book and learn something new each time. Please join the discussion. I too have tried to learn many healing technique like Healing Touch, Emotional Freedom Techique, Quantum Touch, Vanderbilt Nursing School and nothing is so simple and effective as Quantum Entrainment. I like it because I can do it anywhere - even while eating out with others at a restuarant. I also initiated a QE session for a group of people who were having a disagreement and the conversation changed so each could state their position without attacking others (more light without heat). My husband is asking me for a QE session almost every day - and I love to do it. One time I got sidetracked and didn't do it. He came by and said, my back is still hurting - you didn't do it. Another great feature of QE is that I feel wonderful while initiating a QE session - for myself or others. It's a win-win-win. Jen Lapietro [...]

The Easiest Healing Method You Will Ever Learn!,
By
This review is from: The Secret of Instant Healing (Paperback)
If you have any desire whatsoever to learn a natural healing technqiue this book should be on the top of your list. Dr Kinslow makes it easy for anyone to learn how to heal almost anything easily and quickly compared to most of the other healing methods out there. I have healed headaches, neck aches, back pain, shoulder pain, stomach pain, female issues, emotional issues (fear anxiety depression etc) and more using this technqiue on myself and many other people. There is no work involved in this method, you literally do almost nothing except be aware, relax, let a positive feeling come to you and amazing things happen!

Not a Secret Anymore,
By Ewa "Triangulation" (Spain) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Secret of Instant Healing (Paperback)
I too have spent a small fortune reading books of a similar ilk and purchasing and listening to cds in an effort to learn and acquire the ability and skill to heal myself and others, often ending up frustrated and disappointed.
Just read the book, so elegantly and simply written. No seminars need to be attended or other purchases need to be made. You don't need to line the pockets of anyone else in this billion dollar industry. Read the book and instant healing will not be a secret anymore. This book has been the #1 bestseller in this category on Amazon in Germany for months. It's about time it reached the same position in the US and the rest of the world.

This review is from: The Secret of Instant Healing (Paperback)
The Secret of Instant Healing is an excellent book. It is well written and easy to understand and I am giving it a 4-star rating. Still, my recommendation is that you not buy the book - at least not until you have read the author's subsequent book, The Secret of Quantum Living.
Frank Kinslow is a chiropractor with a strong background in meditation who has developed a program he calls Quantum Entrainment (QE). Like many forms of meditation, QE is a way to move from a mind filled with thoughts to a thoughtless state the author calls Pure Awareness. The book contains several exercises and two long guided meditations to help the reader learn the QE process. Audio versions of the meditations are also available for free on the Quantum Entrainment web site. Then - since the subject of the book is the secret of instant healing - a simple technique is given for readers to heal themselves or others, often in a matter of seconds. If this book were the only information available about QE, the process could be seen as just that, a healing technique. However, in The Secret of Quantum Living, which was released in February of 2010, Dr. Kinslow shows QE to be much more (or much less, since one "doing" QE is really supposed to do nothing). The healing technique does work often and for many people. The QE web site has a forum with discussions showing that some have had very good results, and others have been less successful. From my experience, QE is a simple process that can be used for healing and for many other aspects of life. The chances of succeeding, though, are enhanced by the broader view of QE found in The Secret of Quantum Living. After acquiring that broader perspective, the reader may later wish to return to this book for a more focused discussion on the application of QE to healing.

Assist Healing by BE-ing, not DO-ing.,
By Rick Garzaniti (Florida, USA) - See all my reviews

With 42+ years in the medical profession, including being a medic in Vietnam, a Florida paramedic for nearly 11 years, a massage therapist for 22 years, a Quantum-Touch®' Practitioner and Instructor for 6 and 4 years respectively, and practicing Bioenergy Therapy for 1 year, I've noticed that, as I get older, each new direction was subtler than the previous. I feel like I'm "coming in for a landing".
Being in the state of Pure Awareness (PA) reminds me of the first line from the Beatles' "Tomorrow Never Knows": "Turn off your mind, relax, and float downstream." Offering healing while being aware of PA (not Pennsylvania) is, so far, the easiest and surprisingly effective healing modality I've ever had the pleasure to practice. While enjoying PA, you become a human BE-ing, not a human DO-ing. Pure Awareness was, is, and will be. It is not affected by the ups and downs, the confusion in and surrounding our lives, or our illnesses and pains. Dr. Kinslow quite simply teaches how to be in Pure Awareness. Being aware of PA while offering healing to another (or yourself!) allows that person to entrain to Pure Awareness, and their aches, pains, and illnesses often, almost "miraculously", meld back into the source from which they emerged. The bonus is that no medical or healing experience is required. A child can learn these techniques. This book and Quantum Entrainment makes me feel like I'm on my "final approach". Highly recommended.

The root and fruit of all true healing in a simple, easy method!,
By
This review is from: The Secret of Instant Healing (Paperback)
I've been involved with the intuitive healing arts for over twenty years and a student of nondualistic spiritual philosophy (A Course in Miracles) for nearly as long. Within this easy read is the key to much of what I've learned, discovered and developed along the way about both healing and consciousness, and all in an easily explained method you can learn to do in a few minutes. I should be furious (all those years, all those experiences, all those books and classes, and all that $$$), but instead I am absolutely delighted! Dr. Kinslow has distilled the core elements of healing and transcending ego identification into a single, simple practice that produces amazing results. Whether it be back pain, headache, stiff neck, twisted ankle, chronic fatigue or a broken heart, this method often initiates miracles, sometimes in seconds. All the while, both parties open to the kind of profound bliss and calm normally requiring years of meditative or contemplative spiritual practice. My hat is off to Dr. Kinslow. He has my boundless gratitude and admiration for what Quantum Entrainment accomplishes, and I can't recommend his method highly enough. Buy the book: you won't regret it! His previous book, Beyond Happiness offers the lifestyle and spiritual philosophy underpinning Quantum Entrainment, so you can learn how to live your life in true bliss and contentment. Buy that too!

Just the good old power of intention at work,
This review is from: The Secret of Instant Healing (Paperback)
I must agree with the reviewer who said "Nothing new in this book" - at least if you've been reading books and practicing any kind of spiritual techniques.
While the author has given the technique a fancy name, the same technique has been practiced from the beginning of time in one form or another and it can be summed up in three steps: 1) Clear your mind 2) Intend your outcome, and 3) Let go (and let God) As I kept on encountering techniques that have been around from the beginning of spiritual centering and manifesting techniques, frankly speaking I was put off by the author giving new names to old techniques and claiming he invented them. What was called in spiritual books "divine attributes" or "timeless attributes", the author has labeled "Eufeelings". The book begins with what is elsewhere known as a centering technique. If you've been involved in meditation or spiritual practice for any period of time, I bet you have your own arsenal of centering techniques - one for every occasion and mood you may be in, and because being centered makes you feel awesome and helps you to experience incredible inner peace, you'd be "centering" yourself throughout the day, every day to the point that it has become a habitual state from which you live. The second technique described in this book, which the author has labeled the "gate technique", is yet another famous centering technique, which if you've been involved in any kind of spiritual practice, I'm sure you used in your meditations - and it entails contemplating the idea (preferably one of the divine attributes), and ideally, meditating upon it until you find yourself absorbed with it at which point the boundary between you and the idea disappears - and you become that which you are contemplating. If you have ever experimented with manifesting anything using the power of your mind, you already know that after you clear your mind and intend your outcome, you need to let go. While when you "intend" the outcome, you are in a do-er position, when you "let go", you shift into an observer state of consciousness. For this observer state of consciousness, the author uses two of his favorite words in the entire book "pure awareness". And now to the "entrainment" part. Again, no new ideas here. I'm sure you've heard at some point in your life that "love heals". And maybe you've seen people sitting all day around some "guru" and wondering what are they getting out of it. And then again, you may recall yourself being around people, places or in circumstances where you felt so good, you didn't want to leave. That which is of lower vibration or lower order will always entrain to that which is higher. The "higher vibration will CONSUME the lower one". When you raise your level of consciousness, you raise your vibration and everything around you then automatically begins to entrain to that vibration. That is the reason that in eastern countries people would sit for hours around a "guru", a being who has elevated his consciousness and his vibration through meditation and then those who sit around get to entrain themselves or bask in that higher vibration. When you lift yourself up by raising your consciousness through any kind of centering technique, you will be automatically lifting up whatever person, thing or condition you bring into your awareness while in that state where you are experiencing peace, love, bliss, and light if you will. The entrainment technique in this book follows the same process that's been used again from the beginning of time - you bring yourself into elevated state of consciousness through a centering technique, then you get in sync with the idea of perfect health (if the person is present you may touch part of the body that is healthy), and through intention you entrain the malfunctioning part to perfect heath and then let go. And even though the author called this instant healing, the results you get will ultimately depend on whether you're able to remain long enough in that childlike state of wondrous expectation, which the author attempts to drill into you by emphasizing over and over the necessity for "pure awareness". At the beginning of the book the author states that "though is energy", which if you've been working with "energy AND consciousness", and if you've been involved in any kind of systematic esoteric training from any tradition in the world, you know is INcorrect. Manifestation occurs at the level of duality, where male and female polarities merge to create something new - it is not just that sex among human beings produces babies, but also on metaphysical level that thought (consciousness) + emotion (energy) produces vibration, which determines manifestation. In Taoism they may call it the interplay between yin and yang, in Tantra the dance between Shiva (consciousness) and Shakti (energy), in Western alchemy they are represented as "king" and "queen", in esoteric symbolism as a dagger ( focused thought) immersed in a chalice (emotion) - and then if you've read any books related to manifesting, I'm sure you've encountered the term "energy follows thought". Thought gives shape to that which is to be manifested, and energy gives it power to manifest. And like the reviewer before me who stated that there is nothing new in this book, I too must say with regret that while I read the book I had an overwhelming urge to burn it - and not because there's nothing new in this book. I love to read and re-read books that share ideas that I have not only read countless times, but have been also practicing for years, when such books are written in an easy to read, or rather coherent, uplifting and inspiring way. The techniques in this book could've been described on several pages, and if you just read those few pages of centering meditations and entrainment techniques, and apply them - they may do you good. After all I consider centering techniques to be the core of any spiritual practice and I suggest you learn as many of them as you can, so that you have one for whatever mood and state you may be in and if you keep on applying them throughout the day, you're guaranteed to live a happy and peaceful life. As for the rest of the book, it reads as if the author was just brainstorming whatever crossed his mind and was jotting down the ideas as they popped into his mind. While the author keeps on talking about "order" (as in "implicate order"), the writing style of this book doesn't flow in any coherent order, but rather you find yourself jolted from one idea to another. Sometimes he inserts bits from quantum physics that sound as if they have no direct relation to what he was writing about, other times he'd throw in the idea about parallel universes (a valid idea, except that he'd throw it in out of nowhere just for good measure or because it popped into his mind). After every few paragraphs, he'd pull out the sentence from the previous few paragraphs and repeat it in the middle of the page, just after you read those two paragraphs. I found those pull out quotes neither interesting, nor elucidating, but simply distracting. And I found the author's writing style somewhat pompous. I think if he just shared the techniques and described his experiences and the experiences of other people, the book would've read much better. When someone presents material that has been around for thousands of years, as his own, and just adds new fancy labels to those techniques, the material reads as a turn-off to those who are familiar and have already been using such techniques for years and even decades. If the material presented in this book is new to you, then perhaps you'll find greater value in it, you may be awed by what you experience using these techniques and you may not mind the rest of the book, even if it reads as a mumbo jumbo that may go over your head and mean nothing to you until you have experiences you can relate to what you read.

You have to try this!,

This review is from: The Secret of Instant Healing (Paperback)
If you had the power to heal soreness, aches, pains, emotional distress, or any other problems while healing yourself, would you do it? There are no adverse effects to you as the healer/healed; actually you benefit from just being aware.
I will admit I was very skeptical while reviewing The Secret of Instant Healing; in the beginning. As I followed the step by step exercises to finding pure awareness and Quantum Entrainment; as well as completing the little tests Mr. Kinslow introduces, I quickly became a believer! I could focus my energy on my middle finger and it actually appeared to grow longer than the one on my opposite hand. Thank goodness it went back to normal! This book is a step by step guide on awakening the inner awareness inside of you; with a little humor here and there. You can learn how to heal without medicines, acupuncture, or old family remedies; just by using your mind and energy within your body or the body of the person you are healing at that time. The Secret of Instant Healing by Frank J. Kinslow is a strangely true book that I will re-read and follow more closely so that I can always be aware and keep my skills honed in the instance that they are needed. I felt like Mr. Kinslow was sitting right next to me talking as a friend with his silly comments thrown in and the natural way the words seemed to flow. A truly enjoyable and informative read that will open your eyes and your awareness. 4 Hearts [...]

The Secret of Instant Healing,

This review is from: The Secret of Instant Healing (Paperback)
First of all, this book is a guide how to awaken your pure inner awareness. Without that, nothing will happen -- and pure awareness causes EVERYTHING to happen. Frank Kinslow is quite up-front about this.
He introduces two detailed, descriptive exercises for reaching lasting awareness, the basis of Quantum Entrainment which culminates in healing your own ailments as well as the remote healing of any condition where pure awareness is focused with loving intent. This includes pets and even inanimate objects. Unbelievable? Read this book and begin to visualize all the possibilities... true manifestation in action! You learn to heal by using your intent on the immense energy of pure awareness, the basic universal building blocks which create matter from nothing and can change it when you focus on anything with clear intent. That's the life-changing message of 'The Secret of Instant Healing' in a nutshell. I bought the book in down-loadable e-book format and was impressed. The hard copy will receive a place of honor on my book shelf. 5 Hearts.

The syncing of a ton of Spiritualism in practical terms,

I have been researching the Ineffable for decades. I will say that Frank Kinslow has not said anything "new". BUT, he says it using strikingly practical, effective terminology. The jargon is dropped. The concepts are bare, sweet, and easy to digest.
In "The Secret of Instant Healing", you will get a chance to experience True Awareness. You stand in The Gap, if you read the material, suspend all disbelief, and take part in the exercises. What you get: 1. A simple, direct, philosophical introduction to the No-Mind/Nothing/Quantum Hologram/Pure Awareness concept. 2. A simple, direct, practical exercise (or more) to Non-Experience of the NM/N/QH/PA concept. 3. A simple, direct, real-deal result, IF you do the exercise(s). 4. A simple, direct, Now-Empowered life, IF you continue practicing what he laid out in this text. I must say that IF you read, apply, and await results from the exercises in this book, you will experience a Reality Shift, just like it says you will. I am a scientist, and amateur philosopher. I toured his Claim and found Gold, as he said. Tolle, Gordon, McTaggart, all the Remote Viewing crowd, the Self-Hypnosis Crowd, the NLP crowd, can't hold a candle to his bonfire. Again, you get: A. background info B. multiple exercises in simple-to-understand, easy-to-follow instructions C. paradigm shifts D. real results Buy it. Read it. Do it. Claim the results. |
