This author makes Danielle Steele look like Shakespeare. Characters, or should I say caricatures, are poorly drawn with entirely predictable behaviors. The main character is so narcissistic that it is hard to believe she can allow anyone into her life much less the string of men that she moves through. Her relationships are all flawed and not believable, from her parents to her uncles to her husband to her mother-in-law; each one is either perfect or monstrous or both.She must have paid to have this published herself because in addition to the sixth grade vocabulary level and writing style, the editing is seemingly non-existent. Don't waste your money on this claptrap. |
