This book is exciting and uplifting! I found myself reading until the book was finished (in one day). Ellen made it more interesting by giving
her own life's examples. Coming at a time when baby boomers need some reiforcement techniques,I'll say it is a winner.

I was surprised to find this book listed at $99. Is it a mistake?
On a quick search around the internet, I find it is available in other places for less than $20.
