I think anyone who owns anything, has a liability of any sort, has a job should read this book. This basically would mean anyone of legal voting age. This book goes into many of the different ways a person can be sued and how to legally protect yourself from frivalous lawsuits.

Reading this book actually scared me because I had gone for many years without hardly any legal protection. As a result, I'm now working on getting all our assets legally protected, in addition to helping our tax situation to be even better.

He teaches many of the principles of how the rich legally protect themselves, which we as the working class should do, too. A ounce of prevention can go a long way in helping a person for the future.

He goes into what are assets, why you need to have asset protection, who you need to protect from, who needs to protect their assets, what is involved in asset planning, and how to implement your own plan.

The topics he covers are: Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Corporations, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, Trusts, and Retirement Plans. I am in the process of doing all these things right now and hope to be finished before summer's over.

Excellent book. If you want more information about Corporations, I would read his other book on this regarding Nevada Corporations.
