I love it
Dr. Northrup is a wonderful writer and very in tune with what helps women. I love the different accounts by her patients of the things they did/do to be happy and healthy as they go through menopause. As it turns out, this is a very exciting time of life. This book has given me great insights, fun ideas, and turned my idea of menopause around 180 degrees. Buy this and...

The Secret Pleasures of Menopause Playbook
This book did not live up to my expectations after previewing online....it is very wordy, common sense type info and I guess I was looking for more spicier tips in the sexual arena......may be helpful for someone who knows little about menopause or has not yet gone through it...
