A good dream primer,
By Jake Barnes "docmoog" (Birmingham, Michigan United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Secret Power of Dreams: A New Approach to Unlocking Their Hidden Potential (Paperback)
This is a solid primer on dreams and dream interpretation. It covers everything from theories about why we sleep to the purpose of dreams and dreaming. A detailed section covers the main different dream interpretations, from Freud to Jung and beyond. Other sections cover ESP and dreams, and how mystic cultures use dreams for their benefit. Short and easy to read without a lot of jargon. You'll have a better idea of what your dreams mean after finishing this book.
Looks like it's out of print (along with most of the rest of Fontana's books), so see if your library has it. |
