the secret life
I have lived in the UK for the last 19 years and have never ever found an alternative to Secret deodorant. I could not live without it. And as the advert says, ' Strong enough for a man, but made for a woman'. Call me old fashioned but the darn thing works.

Ridiculous cost
This cost is more than ridiculous. Even grocery store prices are generally 50% lower than Amazon. RIP-OFF!!!

Just when you discover a antiperspirant that works for YOU, the company - Secret in this case - stops making it. I've looked all over locally (drug, grocery, other retail) for the specific "Platium Soft Solid" and lo and behold I found it on Amazon.com. As it was available in a multi pack, I bought all I could. It was stated in the Amazon.com site that they had "only a few left", so I can only assume this product will go by the wayside. Hope my supply holds out until then. Thanks Amazon - you saved the day!

I purchased this product through Amazon because it has completely disappeared from store shelves in my area of the SE USA. I prefer the soft solid to the aerosols and solid stick antiperspirants because the application is gentler to the skin and it is not sticky as many gels are. The downside is that there is a visible residue on dark clothes, but this washes out easily.

I didn't read the description very carefully and ordered the wrong style of Secret. I usually use the solid stick. While I am generally happy with the product, I don't care for the deodorant to show on my clothes after putting them over my head. (It does do its job and I feel protected.)
