AS FEATURED ON THE DR. PHIL SHOW, CNN and Psychology Today! What is the BIGGEST regret of your life? The one thing you would change or do differently if you had a second chance? This book is a compilation of hundreds of the most honest, raw, and sometimes heartbreaking and shocking glimpses into the lives of complete strangers. Real regrets from real people, anonymously confessed to the Secret Regrets project creator, Kevin Hansen. 5.0 out of 5 stars HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! August 3, 2010
By Linds
Format:Paperback
Secret Regrets is a great read that can be relevant to anyone! The book is compiled of regrets by real people who posted on the online blog. Also in the book, are the comments left by others giving support and love to those in pain. The book is intense- it is real. The comments of encouragement are uplifting and give hope. Even if you don't believe you live your life with regret, you will find yourself in many of these passages. I recommend to anyone, of all ages, all walks of life.

5.0 out of 5 stars A very moving book June 4, 2012

This book had me choked up... But in a good way. As I read, I felt I could understand what a lot of the people who shared their regrets in the book went through. There are things that all of us go through, and sometimes, knowing that someone out there is more than willing to listen, to be there for you when you need it, helps. That's the message of the book, and it's one I hope everyone who reads this book gets. I look forward to Volume 2.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome August 18, 2010

This book an awesome book to read!! It gives you the opportunity to peer into the lives and regrets of REAL people! Some of these stories are sad, happy, heart breaking and in most cases very heart warming! I highly recommend it. It truly does help you to appreciate your own life and help you realize that your own regrets may not actually be that bad in comparison! You really do end up feeling for some of these people and even in some cases will understand and feel their regrets just as much as they do!

Well put together Kevin Hansen and surely can't wait for Volume 2!
