Ok, somewhat repetitive,

I found the last chapters in this book were the most helpful for self-examination, and how to deal with problems Biblically. Some of the other material was explored in depth in his other book "Psychobabble", which I would recommend for those looking for the differences between counseling in the mainstream versus counseling under Bible teaching/worldview. This book was a pretty quick read with fill-ins at each chapter.
