This Persian adventure helps young readers to learn about the Iranian culture through the eyes of Jandy, Maryam, and Cracker. It's hard to stop turning pages as these kids try to uncover the secret behind the Seventh Gate. It's filled with real-life situations and attitudes that make this novel genuine; it will capture the interest of young readers with its suspense and action.

A beautifully written, fast-paced adventure story.
Middle grade and young adult readers will enjoy this
tale of suspense set in Shekarabad, Iran. As Jandy, an
eighth grade American girl, tries to unravel the secret
behind the Seventh Gate, danger threatens all around her.
You won't be able to stop turning the pages as Jandy and
her family run for their lives!
