I found this book to be very enjoyable, inviting wonderful conversations with my partner and opportunities to explore more intimately the joy of sex and pleasure while marrying the sense of the sacred in all of it. The illustrations are beautiful and warm; the text humorous, honest and real. I appreciated the diversity of the quotes and illustrations. . . they speak to the allowance of exploring the wide variety of sexual expression. I highly recommend this book.

I like this book because it has simple drawings with very little text. As well, I like the fact that it has images from around the world through time and cultures. I recommend this book especially for women wanting more easy sexual information. Definitely not a porn book for men- this is done soley for the purpose of positions with a healthy,loving view of sex. Not a lot of new positions for me/us but very fun to view with a partner! The positions are quite do-able if you are in relatively good shape and not a couch potato. This is one of my favorites because of its simplicity and great pictures.

Don't let the editoral review or other reviews fool you. This book is not worth your time. The illustrations attempt to represent real people part of the time, but not always. Much of the genitalia is exaggerated, wrinkled, and very displeasing to the eye. The pictures are actually a huge turn off. My partner and I flipped through this book and found that most of the positions they suggest aren't that creative and the few news ones are only meant for acrobats, I'm sorry but not everyone's bodies can bend in the ways this book wants you to. Additionally, this book isn't very long, only 134 pages and quite a few of those are illustrations depicting artwork in ancient temples and paintings that do not include descriptions. Don't waste your money here, spend your $... on something else!

My partner and I found this book to be extremely instructive, and there were many good suggestions. We bought the book hoping it would have some new ideas, and new ways of exploring old techniques -- and we were not disappointed. The illustrations are well done, and we both feel like this book was a good investment, one we will enjoy for a long time. I highly recommend it for everyone who wants to spice up their sexual relationships.

I love the fact that male and female perspectives are given about many of the positions. The kind of insights you'd get from your bestfriend if they new about this stuff. Very practical, so I can creatively adapt the techniques.

*******DON'T BUY THIS BOOK*******

I bought this book thinking it would stimulate my thinking of new sextual positions. Instead what I got was a book filled with bad animated cartoon drawings. The first 35 pages had some artist drawings of sextual positions. But only 3 positions I would not have thought of myself. The rest of the book is mostly a history lesson of sextual positions.

When I first picked up this book and saw the beautiful, sexy illustrations, I couldn't wait to take it home and share it with my boyfriend. And I'm glad I did! I thought our sex life was good, but it got even better after we read the book together. We went from talking about the positions - "Can you believe people do THAT?" - to trying them out, which was an amazing, intimate, mind-expanding experience. I recommend this book highly.

This is a truly original book that gave me lots of ideas. Its very reassuring, very sexy, and very well-illustrated.

Seriously, these drawings are great. They offer an incredible range of sexual possibilities and -- best of all -- the models look like real people.

There are some interesting positions, but some are not for humans. As for the Illistations, I'm going to get some Crayolas for it.
