This book was recommended to me by an older woman who is very close to the Lord. It is sometimes difficult for us men to truly draw close to the Lord with the same intimate relationship many women are more prone to develop. This book was written by a man who appears to have that genuine love-relationship with Jesus that I desire, and the book gives many insights regarding drawing close to the Lord. Everything must be taken with a grain of salt and we weigh the spirits, testing what is said, but God definitely used many parts of this book in my development. For certain, it was worth reading.

This book is by far the best book on the subject of intimacy with God, based on the Bible book "Songs of Solomon"
