Directions
Mix one packet in 5-6 oz of water and stir gently. Secretagogue Gold is most effective when taken on an empty stomach, preferably 2-3 hours before or after a meal. I have read claims and studied the theory behind the Secretagogue Gold product. I purchased it because the theory of increasing secretion of HGH is solid, and if effective produce excellent results. I have used S. Gold now for almost 90 days with expectations of youthful gains and have been rewarded with increased energy (subjective) decreased weight (lost 5 lbs)without changing my diet or exercise, and definitely much better sleep. I don't think I look any younger (this might take longer) and the thick hair of my youth has failed to return (maybe this takes longer too). In any event I plan to use this for another 90 days and then see what other results I get.

I have taken this product for about 3 weeks now. It definitely has an energizing and mental alertness effect. It is surprisingly pleasant tasting. I take it at night before going to bed as recommended. I have also been doing the cycling technique that is recommended. There is definitely a physical lag when you're off the product for the 2 days. However, I am going to try it without cycling now to see how much my body counters the GH releasing properties of the product.
I may post the result at a later date. Good luck with your experience of this product. You should definitely try it. I did a lot of research before buying and this seems to be the most complete product, nutritionally.

I'm a 46 year old Irish-American male with no significant health issues. I have been using this product for just over 6 months. The first 3 months I ate regularly and exercised in accordance with the guide included with the product. I experienced no noticeable changes (objective or measureable). After 3 months I changed my fitness routine and diet. My weight at the beginning of the regimen was 225 lbs with body fat of 24%. At the three month mark when I changed my diet and activity level (Sonoma Diet and P90X) my weight was 221 lbs and body fat was still at 24%. At the 6 month mark (after 3 months of Sonoma and P90X) my weight is now 183 lbs and body fat of 17%. Hair density/thickness and skin elasticity are (objectively) no different. I experienced no noticeable increase in energy levels and regarding the strange dream phenomenon, it's possible I experienced a placebo effect and had odd dream experiences the first two or three nights.
