Barbara's path is a reversal of all of my failed efforts at control, and starting even before I finished the book, my sleep and awake, stress was reduced. She emphasizes the dropping of negative thoughts, how to do this, and reinterprets "negative". Its largly based on her own, experiences and offers the only understandable and ready to use approach that that holds possiblities for me. I felt strong emotions and compelled to keep reading, it was that important to me.

This book is full wisdom and insight that you will want to review and reflect on over and over again. From my viewpoint Barbara is a genius. What do I mean by that? She has an uncanny ability to see inside of people and issues and get to the heart of the matter. And when she speaks, I find it effortless to follow and understand... kind of like she is inside my head.

I loved this book... and if Love is important to you... I imagine you will love it to.
