Barbara's path is a reversal of all of my failed efforts at control, and starting even before I finished the book, my sleep and awake, stress was reduced. She emphasizes the dropping of negative thoughts, how to do this, and reinterprets "negative". Its largly based on her own, experiences and offers the only understandable and ready to use approach that that holds possiblities for me. I felt strong emotions and compelled to keep reading, it was that important to me.

The absolute best self-help book I have ever read!!!!When you sit down to read this book have a highlighter and notebook in hand. This book is full wisdom and insight that you will want to review and reflect on over and over again. From cover to cover this book is full of encouraging words that will change your life for the BETTER!!!!

From my viewpoint Barbara is a genius. What do I mean by that? She has an uncanny ability to see inside of people and issues and get to the heart of the matter. And when she speaks, I find it effortless to follow and understand... kind of like she is inside my head.

I loved this book... and if Love is important to you... I imagine you will love it to.

Barbara DeAngelis has been a huge fan of mine ever since I heard her audio book, "Are you the one for me" which I think sould be required reading for all high school students. This book resonated for me because I have always grown the most through my most painful experiences. I believe it is a very useful pardigm to consider that the purpose of our time here on earth is to grow into the Best Human Being You Can Be(secret # 2) and to consider All Obstacles as Lessons in Disguise (secret # 4).
