5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent! This is the most concise guideline for happiness
I received a rather used copy and read it immediately. It has such wonderful principles and they are written so concisely that they are easy to follow. I wish I could find more copies because I want to send them to friends.

Booknook (Brewer, ME USA) - See all my reviews
This is one of the best books I have ever read that helps you really put life into perspective. I wish that I could get everyone I know to read this book because it had a big impact on my life and how I look at things. I hope that this book is someday back in print.

5.0 out of 5 stars leena pattni's book review, December 6, 1999

Firstly i would like to start off by thanking Adam Jackson for introducing this book as it has helped me in so many ways.Reading this book has made me look at my life in a more positive manner and perspective.i enjoyed the way the book focused on individuals moments in life. it has made me realise that it is the self conscious that makes everyone feel unhappy about themselves and when learning how to control it makes you feel like a new person and make you achieve happiness in life.

4.0 out of 5 stars It's like a quick-fix for your problem., May 24, 1999
By A Customer
I just finished the book last weekend and like it a lot. My reason to look for it here is to buy more copies. There are many books talking about way to happiness but normally it's too long and too complicated. This book is short and simple with also a good summary at the end of each chapter--something that you can really grab and put it to work as a quick-fix. The book itself is small enough to carry it around and read it whenever you felt unhappy. If I can find more, I'd like to give it to many people I love and also put it at work, at home, in my car... or just about anywhere. Highly recommended.
