About the Author
Penelope Ody studied herbal medicine at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou. She is a member of England's National Institute of Medical Herbalists and a Fellow of the Herb Society in England. She ran her own practice for 12 years and has written several books on herbal medicine including Holistic Herbal, Practical Chinese Medicine, and The Chinese Herbal Cookbook.
