5.0 out of 5 stars A Powerful Message
This is one of the most dynamic, positive and uplifting works I've ever read. The techniques are breathtakingly simple, and the author's presentation is wonderful in it's symmetry and depth. 1.0 out of 5 stars Secrets of Creative Visualization
You might want to take the author's viewpoint into consideration when deciding whether or not to purchase this book. For example, on page 133, he says, 'I use no gods, except the concept of a creative source. In my religion, there are only three people: Me, myself, and I."

5.0 out of 5 stars A Powerful Message, April 21, 2000

This review is from: Secrets of Creative Visualization (Paperback)
This is one of the most dynamic, positive and uplifting works I've ever read. The techniques are breathtakingly simple, and the author's presentation is wonderful in it's symmetry and depth. Western Magick forms the backdrop, but the information contained here should prove useful to anyone interested in expanding their horizons. This work is especially valuable to those who believe that the Mind is the ultimate source of Reality. Also, I found Mr. Cooper's sincerity and kind words of encouragement particularly refreshing and helpful. His program of self-empowerment challenges the reader to stretch beyond old and outdated beliefs toward a fresh perspective; one that has the potential to transform lives. Courage and a little discipline are all that's required; I think you'll find that this book goes a long way towards helping you find these.

5.0 out of 5 stars More valuable and practical than any religious scripture!, January 6, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Secrets of Creative Visualization (Paperback)
At first Mr Cooper seems rather dorky and dogmatic but using logical reasoning he open-mindedly explains the truths behind what we call existence. While reading this book I thought how lucky I was to have discovered it beforte the age of forty - I wished I'd had it before the age of 20 but then, its only just been published. I won't bore you with my critique - just buy it and realise its worth infintely more than you'll pay for it. I only wish I could get in touch with the author and personally ask him some questions.

4.0 out of 5 stars A different perspective on metaphysical principles...., July 12, 2004
By
Shola Abidoye (Stockholm, Sweden & East Coast, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Secrets of Creative Visualization (Paperback)
The author explains the fundamental teachings of metaphysics:

That we all have the power to create whatsoever we desire when we "believe that we receive" when we pray.

Understanding how to use the laws of the mind, through creative visualization and through the power of faith--believing an idea with absolute 100% convinction--is unerring solution to all of life's obstacles and challenges.

After completing this book, I read a book from the author's bibliography that is well known on this subject and is highly recommended--The Magic of Believing by Claude M. Bristol. Therefore, the book was helpful in more than one way.

I would recommending reading the above mentioned book by Mr. Bristol as well as Power of Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy for a more exhaustive understanding of the subject. Sometimes it takes reading different authors' discussion of a subject to really believe that these ideas are not only true, but are accepted and used by many.

One thing that I did not necessarily find too helpful was the sligthly eccentric instructions in several chapters of the book. However the insights found in chapters 1-6, 18 and 25-26 warrant my purchase in the end.

Read this book, apply the principle then share the knowledge to help others.

1.0 out of 5 stars The author has written a review of his own book - how lame, August 11, 2004
This review is from: Secrets of Creative Visualization (Paperback)
I mostly liked this author before, but it *seems* that this author has taken to writing "Customer Reviews" of his/her? own works! That's pretty darn lame. He/she should at least acknowledge their status as author in the review, if they had any integrity.
