Hayakawa is a former Southwest Regional Director of the Civilian Intelligence Network, a Los Angeles-based nationwide group of civilian researchers, intelligence gatherers and analysts who evaluate and exchange all pertinent information on the government’s "deep black" projects and covert operations.

The network’s primary emphasis is on the activities currently being conducted at AREA 51 (aka Groom Lake Complexes or DREAMLAND) and sector 4 Complexes in Nevada.

Since the summer of 1989 he has investigated the events at this super-secret military base and has been instrumental in the production of several TV specials, both Japanese and American. Government documents reveal a connection between US government black budget programs & alien technology at Area 51.

I thought that the videos had a lot of info about the rumores at area 51. The videos had speculations as to what is flying around in the skies at night over area 51, and how the government denies its existance. I never thought the movies were boring, and the only thing I thought that needed help was to make the videos shorter and be put on to one tape.
