Master Ching Hai's book offers simple, yet profound common sense advice to help spiritual practitioners along the path. I find this book very helpful in renewing inspiration and settling my mind in order to meditate better. I recommend to anyone at all interested in spiritual growth. A joy to read!

I think the author must be a great practice guilder. I compare many different method of medetations that I think the author's method is the perfect one. I strong cammand all human beings should try practice the convenient method at the beginning. Logically it's also a scientific method. For almost of the methodlogy practicer have very well sense of real medetation & it's free. Try it you can also make it. It will bring you peace, love, confort & health.

The "Supreme Master Ching Hai"?
Oh, do PLEASE get over yourself! What? Just plain "Chang Hai" not good enough for you? I think I'm going to write a book about my entomological experiences, titled "The Cockroaches of My Life," by Grandmaster Supergroovalisticoprosifunkstication Sweet Daddy Jones." Kinda makes "Supreme Master Chang Hai" seem a little ordinary, by comparison. |
