I don't normally read self help books, but when a friend gave this book to me, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. After reading the first chapter, "Attitude" I was engrossed. I have since read it 4 times and I get more out of it everytime. I keep this book on my nightstand and have given it to some of my friends, They all have loved it. This book can change your life for the better. It sure changed mine

I chanced upon this book as a result of meeting with Dr. Bailey. It is the most informative and comprehensive book on health that I have had the opportunity to read. I happily recommend this book to friends all of the time and they recommend it to their friends.

I loved the way it covered emotional and spiritual health from a non-religious perspective.

This is the greatest book of all time! Dr. Bailey really does know what he is talking about! I believe that he is the smartest man alive, and should win every award pertaining to writing. The man is a genius! I never thought a foot doctor could know so much!

I haven't read the book yet. And I will never read it either, because I don't think a foot doctor can write a book on these topics.

Possibly the greatest health book ever written. I enjoyed this book better then the best selling books. Buy this book and you won't regret it.

Dr.Baileys' book was unimformative and poorly written. I know Dr.Bailey quite well. He is surley not the right person to be writing on such topics. For one he isn't a psychologist, only a mere foot doctor. Secondly he can't even keep his own life together let alone advise you on yours.

Wow, this book was horrible. I have never seen such a useless book in my life. Whoever this Brian Bailey guy is he should quit writing books because he is an awful author. Books by Dr. Suess are more informative.
