In 1955 in Alabama seamstress Rosa Parks was too tired to give up her seat on a bus to a white passenger. This act sparked off the 1956 bus boycott, co-ordinated by Martin Luther King. In a dialogue with Deepak Chopra, Rosa Parks reveals how she has spent her life striving for freedom, equality and respect for people of all races and religions.

Well-known New Age writer Chopra conducts a very brief interview with Civil Rights legend Parks in this short production. The first side consists of Chopra giving background information and his perspective on Parks's act of civil disobedience. The second part consists of the interview (not at all probing and lasting between 15 and 20 minutes) and concluding remarks by Chopra. At the end one may be left wondering where Parks gets her inner strength. Not recommended.
