This is the detox book I've always been looking for - if you follow the program it can change your life. It makes tracking your new healthy habits very convenient and encourages you to pick one habit per week to continue throughout the entire program. I like that it doesn't bombard you with all the new habits at once. I rarely do reviews, but thought this book deserved some credit for improving my life.

I think the previous reviewer failed to realise that this book is a workbook. It is a support book to the insights and inspiration from Dr.Maps book "Secrets of Longevity". This s a really cool book as it helps you map your progress.

We are bombarded with books, news, magazines, etc touting the latest studies on what you should be doing, what you shouldn't be doing in order to live longer. There are dozens of conflicting reports about caffeine, wine, tea, and supplements that effect your long-term health and probability of living longer. For me, what I liked most about this book was how to try out a few of the "common habits of a centenarian" and see which ones had the most affect on me personally and that I could readily adopt into my new lifestyle. The book and program was very easy to follow and full of great information to help learn how to improve things like digestion, metabolism , sleep, stress, and memory -- all things that tend to change with age!

Some thing we all want right? Longevity...but even more important is quality of that long life. I love some of the tips in this book and I think it will be easy to add them to my life and gradually incorporate, and follow the whole program.
