About the Author
Jim A. Urban has held his Colorado Real Estate License and worked in the field since 1984. He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and alumni member of By Referral Only. Jim attended the University of Northern Colorado and majored in Business Administration. Married since 1982, Jim and his wife Susan have four daughters: Bethany, 24; Elissa, 22; Kendra, 19; and Janelle, 16. Their oldest, Bethany, is married to Casey Jackman. Jim's interests include bicycling, family, vacations, travel, and leading and inspiring others. Bicycling is a great passion of his. He participates at least three times a year in organized road cycling rides like Bicycle Tour of Colorado, Ride The Rockies, The Triple By Pass and various charity rides. Reading business and self-help books is a hobby of Jim's. He is part of a weekly book readers club that reads and discusses at least two to three books a year. The club has had success inviting authors to visit. Plus, Jim hosts a monthly Mastermind group with like-minded professionals in the Denver area. Jim loves to blog (www.JimsJournal.net). He posts at least twice a week and works at finding ways to help clients, family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and peers in the real estate business. He enjoys inventing new and better ways to make humans have a better life on this planet. He also is very involved in his church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and has a passion to help and serve people. Jim's second daughter is currently serving a mission for the church in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Doesn't Help,

The author talks about being truthful with your clients. I wish someone was truthful with him. The book is not good. The book doesn't give examples and is basically a book about promoting the author who is a Real Estate Agent. Nowhere in the book do you learn the secrets of the 30-60-90 day selling price. If you are looking for a walkthrough on how to come up with the 30-60-90 day price points, you are not going to find that in this book. In closing all I have to say is save your your $10.00. I do not recommend this book.

People who write reviews who are just trying to put down their competitors is not in good taste. The poor review was from a guy who I found out likes to just give bad reviews. The two reviews he has given in Amazon where both negative. Apparently he has nothing positive to say. My clients and others who use the pricing strategy are gaining success and a chance to move forward in their lives with their dreams and goals. Buy a book and find out for yourself because I am living proof that the best results for my clients have come from sharing this formula with them. Jim
