This is a great book that breaks success down into seven easy steps (although I believe the steps could have been reduced to five by combining some of the steps). My summation of the steps, using and paraphrasing the authors words and concepts are as follows:

Step one: stop loving money. McCormick discusses the real difference between rich people and poor people: poor people spend time to save money; rich people spend money to save time. The rich understand that money can be created as needed, whereas time is a precious commodity, of which everyone receives and equal amount. The poor are always spending their time to save money, clipping coupons, driving across town to get a deal or buy something on sale, and doing things themselves to save money; this middle class mentality ensures that the poor will never have enough creative mental energy when his/her work is done to work on those things that he/she loves and that could make him/her rich. The rich pay others to do things for them to free up their time to make more money.

Step two encourages the reader to view money as an idea, not an object. Viewing money as an object causes one to gravitate towards where he/she thinks it is, or those places where one can safely retain it. The poor run to jobs (because that's where they think money is) and the rich run away from jobs (because a job will limit the amount of money they can make). The poor are greedy and selfish because they focus only on their wealth/money and how they can keep it; the rich are generous and giving because they must focus on helping others and providing valuable products and services to obtain great wealth.

Step three: focus your desire. Coupling desire with positive emotions opens one up to that invisible force that mysteriously aids all in their endeavors.

Step four encourages the reader to let go of his/her preconceived ideas about creating wealth. Realize that working hard doesn't necessarily equate to earning wealth; creating wealth has more to do with being creative. McCormick quotes Einstein, " Imagination is more powerful than knowledge."

Step five: believe at a bold new level. Believe that you can get rich doing what you love; believe that you can make things happen. The stronger your belief, the greater your accomplishments; in life, you will find what you set out to look for.

Step six is perhaps the greatest key to becoming truly rich: provide value on a large scale. If you want a bigger harvest, plant a bigger crop. Take your idea and offer it to more people. Pay someone, or many people, to do some or all of your work for you to make your product available to a larger number of people.

Step seven: take action. This is the part most people will hate to hear, but it is absolutely essential making things happen. Don't wait till things are perfect, get started today. If you can't figure out what to do first, think of what the end result will be and come up with what you'll need to do before you accomplish that; then work your way back to the very first thing that you need to do to get started.

Paul McCormick breaks it down in his 7 Step Formula for becoming a millionaire. The majority of the population has limiting beliefs that keep them in the ever revolving cycle of not having enough or wanting more. Change your thoughts and change you current situation in life. Belief and imagination can and will change your world and bring success and accomplishments that are only experienced by 4% of the population (the super wealthy). I have read many books about wealth creation but Paul makes it very simple to understand that we all have the power to be super wealthy. The question is do we have the desire and belief to make our most wildest dreams come true. We should not love or covet Money we should value are time more than money. To truely be wealthy we have to create value for as many people as we can. It is not about saving for a rainy day, its about spending money to save time and create more value for others.
I recommend reading this book and start putting the 7 step formula for becoming a millionaire into practice.

This book is as inspiring and insightful as "Miracle Inside", and takes "Miracle" to the next level. I am glad I chanced to hear Paul on local talk radio and bought his book. I will definitely read it again.

There are 2 reasons why I only give 3 stars, however:
1) I agree with Paul that repetition is good to drive his points home, but feel it could have been written in considerably-fewer pages than the 250 or so wordy pages published.
2) The ending might be a bit like an infomercial - promoting his website and some free downloads, follow-up seminars etc. The book may be a timeless addition to your bookshelf, but how long will the website references remain active?

Although I knocked off one star for each (3&1/2 stars might be better), these critiques are far outweighed by the positive benefits. If you valued Miracle Inside, I'm sure you will enjoy Millionaire Inside as well. Do Well.

Paul McCormick's latest book, "Secrets of the Millionare Inside" builds on the foundations he lays in his earlier print "Secrets of the Miracle inside". As the economical darkness looms over today's fear saturated society, it becomes even more evident to me more people need to seek out the train of thought Paul is sharing. I've never thought of myself as succeeding in life by merely moving about with the daily grind. Deep down I knew there is always something larger out there for me than what can be contained in any office walls. That's where Paul pulls me in with another common thread. He arms you with the tools and questions you need to address in your life and decide which road you want to follow. The rest is up to me and has always been INSIDE me!

With the current state of the economy, we need all the help we can get. Paul McCormick has come through. This book is the definative guide to becoming immpervious to the economy, and creating life-long prosperity. I've never read or heard anythign like what this book shares, and as I read each page, everything started to make more and more sense. Every American needs to read this book, now more than ever.
