This is a good book for beginners. If you are looking to get a good brief background on palm reading, this will be a good book to start with. I really like how this book shows pictures of actual hands cause it helps to see first hand how some of the lines might look at in real life situations. It is much better than looking at simple drawings which usually represent ideal hands. But if you are looking for something detailed, this is probably not the best book. The explanations are very brief and there is much more things that one can get out of palm reading.

a pretty superficial book. it will tell you general things about reading lines, shapes of fingers and hands, but doesnt get into any specifics about individual hands.
