Thankyou, Marc Joseph for "The Secrets of Retailing- or How to Beat Wal-Mart" The straight forward, non-technical language is refreshing. This book is a virtual road map to starting your own retail business. hard to endorse retail book
Its hard to endorse a retail book written by an "expert" who cant even adequately promote his own book by making its table of contents viewable thru the search inside feature amazon provides. I wouldnt spend two cents on any marketing expert who cant market their own book

Why be scared of the box retailers coming to town? No need! Even as it appears the world is becoming a giant chain store, this book makes it clear we can take on the big guys and win. This book is a must read for any entrepreneur - -large or small. In addition to his tips on competing, Mr. Joseph's insight on retail is fascinating. I highly recommend this book.
